Looking for a hands-on role that makes a difference right here in Southern Lancaster County? New Hope Community Closet is growing—and we’re inviting a dependable, people-oriented team member to help us create a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our neighbors.

We are currently seeking a part-time Key Holder to work 16–18 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys working with volunteers, helping customers, and making sure things run smoothly both behind the scenes and on the sales floor.

At New Hope, the Community Closet is more than just a thrift store—it’s a place where generosity and community care come together. Proceeds directly support New Hope’s counseling services and programs that bring hope and healing to local families.
