The Community Closet is a thrift store located in TownsEdge Shopping Village near Ferguson and Hassler. Manager Deb Riddell and assistant Lisa Wisse work with volunteers from the community to keep the store running smoothly. The store sells gently used clothes, small household items, toys etc. If you wish to donate clothing or other items please drop them off at the back door when the store is open.
Volunteers are always needed! Please stop by the store for more information.
The purpose of the Community Closet is to demonstrate God’s love in a practical way to the Solanco community by funding the ministry of New Hope Community Life Ministry and other local ministries. The Closet also offers direct assistance in the form of clothing through the Community Action Program. We are a non-profit organization and all proceeds from the clothing sales are distributed directly into the Solanco community.
